Interestingly, Mango Bake Shop did not start off with Banana Bread. Yeah, we know 😁 Our very first products were Carrot Bread, Buttermilk Bread and Chin Chin. Banana Bread came in like a month later and since then it has taken over our production line. 

Buttermilk Bread and Chin Chin are no longer part of our product offering as the good people of Lagos kept asking for our Banana Bread which has now become the Best Banana Bread in Lagos. Back in 2017, we noticed that very few options existed for consistently high-quality, freshly baked banana bread. So we took it upon ourselves to serve Lagosians with this amazing treat.

What started in our mum’s kitchen baking in small batches, has now grown through word-of-mouth, Instagram cravings, and repeat customers who just couldn’t get enough. With an expanding menu and a loyal customer base, we have evolved from an online shop into a full-fledged brand, now serving a growing community in Lagos one centre at a time.

We  currently have 2 centres in Lagos: Festac and Maryland, and looking to expand into more neighborhoods as we are on a mission to bring authentic and correct Banana Bread closer to your door step.
